The hotel is located close to city centre and due to Madrid excellent transportation system you can go anywhere fast
The flush system in the toilet is so noisy you going to wake up even is somebody three doors away discharge it

People in neighboring room could be heard loud and clear. Very difficult to set And maintain water temperature in shower.

Staff was excellent. Restaurant/cafe very convenient with good food and great coffee. Bathrooms modern and clean. Bed linens quality Cotton. Great location for metro and bus.

Had an amazing view from the 13th floor. The bed was so comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave in the morning.

Savoury breakfasts, super friendly and really polite staff.
Well-appointed and nicely decorated rooms, nice views especially at sunset. Extremely comfy sofa bed. A carpark under ground provided.
